Membership Accounts

How do I build points?
Points are generated automatically and stored in your account whenever you buy and sell. So the more you buy/sell the more points you build.
Sure! Just get your friends to register an account and mention your name in the “where did you hear about us?" section and when they make a sale/purchase. We will give you 50 free points.
Absolutely! Just register an account with us and points will get added to your account every time you buy or sell automatically.
Identity checks are mandatory so that we can confirm who you are and keep your account safe when buying/selling with us.
No but points can be used to level up through the different membership tiers to access great benefits and discounts to save you money.
You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend and ½ a point for every £1 when you sell. As you collect more and more points you progress through the different membership tiers and unlock discounts and benefits at each stage.

Payment Options

What payment options do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods, including cash, credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer. Please note due to the strict requirements of gold bullion there may be Identification and address proof required and if you are paying by cash there is a £5,000.00 limit per customer per annum.
Each transaction is assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to the merits of the transaction a limit will be communicated to you subject to our verification checks.

Buying From Us

Do You Ship Outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver outside the UK. We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
It can be as early as tomorrow by selecting next day special delivery or alternatively our standard delivery takes between 2-5 Working days.
As the goods we sell and provide are dependent on fluctuations in the market price, under the Financial Services Regulations 2004 there is no statutory right to cancel. Cancelled orders will incur a cancellation fee of £100 as well as any differences in the commodity price for the product(s) since the date of purchase.
It may be possible to make a change for a similar product but it is dependent on price and availability. Contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
All items are fully insured by us, and insurance is covered up until they are successfully delivered at your address.

Selling To Us

I am looking to sell my gold. Can I have my gold collected from my house?
Of course, simply use our online sell gold service and select a premium collection to have your goods collected directly from your doorstep.

Not to worry, all your items will be re-inspected once we receive them so if there are any non-precious containing items it will be recalculated to reflect the correct value and a member of our team will of course contact you with the updated price before proceeding.
