I am looking to sell my gold. Can I have my gold collected from my house?
Of course, simply use our online sell gold service and select a premium collection to have your goods collected directly from your doorstep.
Do you buy diamonds?
No.
Do you buy electronic scraps?

What if my items contain parts which are not precious metal e.g. stones?
Not to worry, all your items will be re-inspected once we receive them so if there are any non-precious containing items it will be recalculated to reflect the correct value and a member of our team will of course contact you with the updated price before proceeding.
Are your prices quoted in real-time and reflective on current market value?
The prices we quote are connected to the real-time market gold price and updated every minute. We strive to deliver a good service at a great price.

What if i am unsure of the gold that I have?
Not a problem, you can bring your goods in to us or post it to us and we will give you a free valuation and settlement options.
If I select Click & Drop at checkout what do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring with you at least 1 form of Government Photo ID e.g. Driving License and/or Passport and your sell order receipt to help us locate your order quicker.
Can I send someone else on my behalf to sell to you?

How long does the Click & Drop appointment usually take?
Typically we find our customers finish their appointment between 5-15 minutes on average.
What if the gold price suddenly changes after I have checked out?
Not to worry regardless of the commodity price going up or down we will guarantee to pay you the price we have quoted.
